Day 26: back to the trail

After a refreshing weekend in Indianapolis, the rain chased us north and back to the official bike trail and the maps we started. We have seen no more cows, just beautiful horses, llamas and goats. But still the corn and soybeans.

 We had a peaceful ride through the Salamonie River State Forest.  

And enjoyed all the little towns, but these signs in Wabash were especially interesting:

Tonight we are in Monroeville, IN, staying in their Community Park Pavillion:

(Nice to save the money tonight cuz we'll need it in Niagara Falls over Labor Day weekend!)
